- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My children have been going there for the last 6-7 years and I called to schedule their checkups which use to be really easy. I haven't had any complaints. Until today. The guy on the phone asked me who I was, for all of my info which I confirmed, then starts asking me for my sons social and everything else. I said once again how long my children have been there and all of their information was in the system. He wanted to ask me again for the social security numbers.
