  I have been to this location, first 2005 great staff all was well . I had to return 3/2017 and my experience was less then desirable . The front office was okay, however when I went in to have my MRI on my right knee , the technician was not friendly she kept the visit very business like . So as we continued to start the process , the technician dropped the the HEAVY METAL HOLDER ON MY BAD KNEE THAT WAS BEING imagied ! I said to her "wow that hurt " she said it did ? I said yes I have arthritis under the knee cap . So then the tech , said well I didn't do it on purpose . So when I was leaving I asked one of the girls at the front desk to please have a manager call me the following week. And yes someone called named Jesse , I told all the above. And the first statement he made was "I sorry you feel that way " . I told him to stop there. That statement is so completely CONDESCENDING It shows no responsibility or empathy to the patient. Needless to say I really don't think he knows anything about taking care of a patient or any type of customer service... so he asked me what I wanted, I replied a letter. Yes I did receive a letter from the so called office manager Telling me politics and procedures of the office. I think by now it obvious , I wanted an a apology letter !!! I need to add many people get MRIs and this tech never spoke to me through the ear phones to ask if I was ok ? How was I doing. ? Noting so finally almost at the end I had to whisle at her to let her know I was cramping and her reply, was " do you want to finish ? Unbelievable...
