- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I found my experience at ErgoSolutions EXTREMELY helpful. Arlene is very experienced and knowlegable! I came in with extreme sciatic pain, in which I resorted to having to take 800mg of motrin 3 times a day for weeks, along with ice' heat/lights stretches...After one visit, my sciatica pain went away completely! She identified the source of the pain, and "fixed it' in one painless visit! She has a very pleasant demeanor and definitely knows her 'stuff'....a great combination, and, in addition, her prices are very affordable.
