I'm a brand new patient trying to make an appointment, I've left SEVERAL messages over several weeks with their "answering service" (AND on the office answering machine), and can't get anyone to call me back!March 24, 2017by Random Person
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband goes here for his meds. He went on a trip, lost his meds, and needed emergency refills. Not only did they never call him back after multiple calls on his part detailing where he was, what he needed, and the nearest pharmacy, when I called them 24 hours later they said "Yep. We got the messages. The doctor's not in today and he doesn't call a pharmacy ever anyway so nothing will happen." REALLY??? This is how you treat a patient that requires his medication and is in an emergency situation??? They should be ashamed. I wouldn't take my dog here.February 09, 2017by A Google User
